Okan Tower, a 415-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 555 N. Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami. The 70-floor, 902-foot project is developed by Okan Group with architecture by Behar Font & Partners.

It includes 316 hotel rooms and 429 parking spaces. Amenities: rooftop pool, sky deck with cabanas, wellness spa with marble hammam, lounges, wine cellar, cinema room, and children’s playroom. Completion is slated for December 31, 2028.

Residents and guests access a fitness center, valet, and 24-hour concierge. Design features include a 12th-floor lap pool and a 27th-floor hotel pool.
