The Monroe Hotel redevelopment at 3010 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach has moved from proposal to active construction. Assouline-Busch Capital is developing the 89-room, 7-story, 43,602-square-foot project, designed by Paredes Architects. Completion is expected by end of 2027.

The ground level will house a 5,000-square-foot full-service restaurant and bar, with a rooftop bar and event venue above. The project also includes an in-house recording studio, an unusual amenity for a hotel this size.
Other amenities: a pool and deck with outdoor dining, a full-service spa, a fitness center, and private beach service operated by Boucher Brothers. Financing includes C-PACE, the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy program.
The site sits in the Faena District corridor, which has drawn steady hotel and residential investment in recent years. The property is within walking distance of the beach and Indian Creek.
