MIRAI Design District, a mixed-use development, is underway at 4200/4218 NE 2nd Avenue in Miami's Design District. Spanning 65,000 sq ft over three floors, it offers retail and office spaces, designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates.

Features include 132 parking spaces, a central garden, a living green roof with solar panels, and a tech-savvy lobby. It incorporates operable windows and pedestrian-friendly passages, enhancing the public realm with modular retail and office bays, luxury retail, and boutique spaces. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
