Midtown Park Gets Green Light on North Miami Ave

Midtown Park, a 924-unit mixed-use development, is approved for 3055 North Miami Avenue and 2901 NE 1st Avenue in Miami. The 28-floor project spans 1,172,377 square feet, led by Rosso Development with design by Arquitectonica.

Features include 1,118 parking spaces, a pool deck with a restaurant and bar, a spa pool, fitness center, yoga and meditation garden, private pickleball court, co-working spaces, kids club, and communal vegetable and rooftop gardens. Additional amenities include rooftop pools for penthouses and cultural programming via Culture Concierge. Completion is slated for December 31, 2028.
