Amenities include a tropical pool deck with a restaurant and bar, pickleball court, fitness center, yoga garden, spa pool, co-working spaces, and a vegetable garden. It offers 1,318 parking spaces and targets completion by December 31, 2028.

Luxury features include Proper Culture Concierge services and penthouses with rooftop gardens and pools. Designed for diverse lifestyles, it includes a kids club and co-working areas.
