Flow's three-story, 65,000-square-foot retail and office building is under construction at Block E along the 7th Street Promenade in Miami Worldcenter. Nichols Architects is designing the project.
Previously tracked as proposed, the project has moved into active construction, with its address refined from the broader Worldcenter site to Block E on the promenade, the district's pedestrian retail corridor.
Completion is expected by March 31, 2026. The pedestrian-scale building places office space above ground-floor retail, consistent with the promenade's storefront focus within the multi-block Worldcenter master plan.
The site sits near MiamiCentral (Brightline and Tri-Rail) and the Park West and Freedom Tower Metromover stations. Biscayne Boulevard, NE 2nd Avenue, and I-395 provide vehicle access.
