Miami Bay Towers, a 689-unit mixed-use development, is proposed for 1 Herald Plaza, the former Miami Herald site on Biscayne Bay. Plans call for 643 feet of height and 3,510,000 square feet. Gómez Platero Architecture & Urbanism is the architect.
