Magnus Brickell, a 465-unit mixed-use building, is complete at 201 SW 10th St in West Brickell, Miami. Designed by CMA Architects and developed by Related Group, this 29-story structure reaches 304 feet and includes 529 parking spaces. Amenities feature a resort-style pool, wellness center, coworking lounge, and media room. Of the 465 units, 163 are affordable housing.

Initially slated for April 2025, the project includes a podcast studio, pet spa, and outdoor fitness lawn. Residents have private terraces with panoramic skyline and bay views.
