Chetrit Group's 289-room, six-story Hilton at 2000 Park Avenue in Miami Beach is under construction, with completion set for May 2026.
The Hilton Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel, previously tracked as the Collins Park Hotel Redevelopment, is now under construction at 2000 Park Avenue. Chetrit Group is developing the six-story, 289-room, 172,000-square-foot project, designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design.
The Collins Park site sits within walking distance of the Miami Beach Convention Center, positioning the hotel for event and convention traffic.
Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, restaurants, bars, and underground parking. The below-grade garage frees above-ground space for guest rooms and public areas.
Completion is set for May 31, 2026. The project adds a branded flag to the convention center district, which has drawn steady hospitality investment in recent years.
