Delano Residences Proposed on Biscayne Blvd

Delano Residences & Hotel, a 421-unit mixed-use project, is proposed for 400 Biscayne Blvd, Miami. The 90-floor, 985-foot development by Property Markets Group and Sieger Suarez Architects includes a public observation deck with a cantilevered glass floor and a sky pool at 800 feet. Amenities feature two restaurants, a café, a bar, a members' club, and a spa. Completion is slated for December 31, 2031.

Residences offer floor-to-ceiling windows, smart home tech, and deeded office suites for select units. Additional amenities include a resort-style pool deck, fitness center, concierge services, valet, and 24-hour security.
