🏗️ A major step forward for affordable housing in Miami. Construction is officially underway on Citadelle Village, a long-awaited mixed-use development that will bring 96 affordable apartments to Miami's Little River area. — Image via Instagram

Citadelle Village, a 96-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 181 NE 82nd Street, Miami. Developed by the Haitian American Community Development Corporation and designed by Anillo Toledo Lopez Architecture, the 10-story building will reach 117 feet and include 102 parking spaces. All units are designated affordable.

Amenities include a club room, game room, computer lounge, children's playroom, and various seating areas. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
