First tracked here as a proposal, the project has moved to construction. Plans call for 307 parking spaces, including covered parking, and one affordable housing unit.
Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, coworking lounge, event room, and game/party room. Outdoor features: playground, barbecue area, dog park, and landscaped open space. Resident services include a pet spa, mini-market, and package lockers.
