BRiC Mixed-Use Redevelopment Approved in Boca Raton
Related Ross won approval for the Boca Raton Innovation Campus: 1,243 units, a 140-room hotel, and 1.7M SF of mixed-use space at 5000 T-Rex Ave.

The Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC) mixed-use redevelopment has been approved at 5000 T-Rex Ave in Boca Raton. The Related Ross project includes 1,243 residential units and a 140-room hotel across roughly 1.7 million square feet. This is the first time this newsletter has tracked the project, previously listed under a Yamato Road address; it now moves from proposed to approved status.
The redevelopment rises to 85 feet and is planned as a "micro-city" on the former IBM campus, long known for its mid-century Marcel Breuer-designed office and research structures.
