Biscayne Shores, a 550-unit mixed-use development, has been approved at 11400 Biscayne Blvd in Miami. Ben Josef Group Holdings is the developer, with design by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design.
The project will rise 15 stories to 179 feet, with 520 parking spaces. Plans include 206 affordable units, more than a third of the total and a change from earlier filings that reported none.
Amenities include a pool, a fifth-level amenity deck, lounge areas, and rooftop decks above the 15th and 11th floors. Ground-level plans call for pedestrian paseos and landscaped streets along the Biscayne Boulevard corridor.
