Beitel Group's 3333 Biscayne, a 667-unit, 45-story mixed-use tower designed by Kobi Karp, has won approval in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood.

A 667-unit, 45-story mixed-use tower has been approved at 3333 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater. The project, 3333 Biscayne (First Tower), is developed by Beitel Group with architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design. It is the first tower planned for the site.
