3650 Bird Road, a 741-unit mixed-use development, is proposed for Miami, FL 33133. Developed by 3650 Bird Road Owner LLC—a partnership of 13th Floor Investments, Related Group, and LeFrak Organization—with architecture by Corwil Architects.

The project includes two towers and 861 parking spaces. Amenities: swimming pools, a 21,000-square-foot fitness center, padel courts, and ground-floor retail.
