Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami, a 387-unit skyscraper, is under construction at 300 Biscayne Boulevard. The 100-floor, 1,725,324 sq ft tower will reach 1,049 feet and include 205 hotel rooms. Amenities: resort-style pool, wellness spa, fitness center, private lobby, dining, and entertainment. Completion is set for January 2028.
Designed by Donald MacDonald Architects, features include a Peacock Alley lounge, private bar, and wine tasting room.
