The cross-dock building has 40-foot clear heights, 100 dock doors and four oversized ramp doors. Trailer parking totals 194 stalls, expandable to 404, plus 750 standard spaces.
The site offers BNSF intermodal connectivity, tying into the rail-served logistics corridor that anchors Haslet and Alliance distribution development. TX-114 provides direct access to Fort Worth and Denton County.
