29-Story Office Tower Approved at 2401 McKinney in Uptown
Trammell Crow's 29-story, 709,000-square-foot Morgan Stanley regional hub at 2401 McKinney Ave in Uptown Dallas is now approved.

A 29-story office tower has been approved at 2401 McKinney Ave in Uptown Dallas. The project, tracked as the Morgan Stanley Uptown Regional Hub, will rise 406 feet with 709,000 square feet of office space. Trammell Crow Company is developing, with design by Pickard Chilton. The project moves from proposed to approved status.
The tower will include a 12,000-square-foot health club, outdoor terraces, ground-floor retail, and a Truluck's restaurant. Parking is below grade.
Completion is listed for December 31, 2031. The approval greenlights one of the larger office projects planned in Uptown, a district with limited new office construction in recent years.
The site sits on the McKinney Avenue corridor along the M-Line trolley. The Cityplace/Uptown DART station (Red, Blue, Orange lines) is roughly a mile north, and the property is near the US-75/Woodall Rodgers junction.
