Riverside Investment & Development is developing, with architecture by Goettsch Partners. The 43-story building totals 2,003,600 square feet.

At 556 feet, the tower will rank among Charlotte's tallest. The project includes 2,000 parking spaces and is pursuing LEED Gold and NGBS Green certifications. Completion is expected by June 30, 2028, per project filings.
Amenities include a fitness center, rooftop pool, publicly accessible rooftop bar, entertainment areas, private terrace, and resident lounge. Recreational offerings: basketball, pickleball, bowling, and virtual golf. The project also includes a steakhouse, conference and banquet facilities, and a 1-acre green space.
