Mira, a 371-unit mixed-use development from Space Craft, is under construction at 2323 N. Davidson St. in Optimist Park. Shook Kelley is the architect. The project was previously tracked as proposed.
The 8-story building will include 146 parking spaces, a rooftop amenity space, and more than 8,000 square feet of total amenity space. Completion is expected by end of 2028.
The project fronts the Cross Charlotte Trail with public-facing spaces. The site sits near the LYNX Blue Line's Parkwood and 25th Street stations, between Uptown and the University area.
