CTR, a mixed-use development, is underway at 190 Marietta Street NW, downtown Atlanta. Spanning 1.2 million sq ft, it's developed by CP Group and designed by TVSdesign, with completion set for May 31, 2026.

Features include the CTR Food Works food hall, Georgia's largest bar, public art installations, CTR Culture Studios, ATL Culture House, a revamped atrium, and event spaces, fostering a vibrant community hub.

No affordable housing units are included. CTR aims to enhance downtown Atlanta with its extensive offerings and significant cultural spaces.
