CTR, a mixed-use development, is under construction at 190 Marietta St NW, Atlanta. Located downtown, it spans 1.2 million sq ft. Developed by CP Group with TVSdesign architecture.

Amenities include a food hall with 12 dining options, a 60-seat bar, and a 50,000 sq ft fitness center. Additional features: conference center, tenant lounge, creative production studios, and 10,000 sq ft CTR Culture Studios. Public art and experiential entertainment are also planned, including murals by local artists and new ATL signage.

Completion is slated for late 2026. CTR aims to be a commercial and cultural hub for downtown Atlanta.
