The CTR, a mixed-use development at 1 CNN Center Plaza NW, is under construction in Downtown Atlanta. Spanning 1.2 million sq ft, it is developed by CP Group with architecture by TVS, slated for completion by June 12, 2026.

Features include a 24,000-sf food hall, Georgia's largest full-service bar, public art installations, and outdoor gathering spaces. An ATL art piece and cultural programming will enhance the community's cultural landscape.

No affordable housing units are included. The development aims to boost Downtown Atlanta's vibrancy with its diverse amenities.
