The CTR, a mixed-use development at 190 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta, is complete. Spanning 1,150,000 square feet, it is led by CP Group with design by TVS.

Amenities include a 24,000-square-foot food hall, Georgia's largest bar seating 60, a 50,000-square-foot fitness center, a conference center, tenant lounge, production studios, pop-up retail, and an outdoor terrace. Parking includes 1,800 spaces and eight freight elevators.

Set for full completion by May 2026, CTR is positioned as a key hub for residents and businesses due to its strategic location and diverse amenities.
