The CTR, a mixed-use development, is complete at 190 Marietta St NW, Atlanta. Spanning 1,150,000 square feet, it was developed by CP Group with architecture by TVS, located in downtown Atlanta.

Amenities include a 24,000-square-foot food hall, Georgia's largest full bar, and a 50,000-square-foot fitness center. Additional features are a conference center, tenant lounge, and public art installations. The project finished ahead of its May 2026 timeline.

Immediate MARTA station access enhances transit connectivity, offering convenience for residents and visitors.
