The Center, a mixed-use development by CP Group, is under construction at 1 CNN Center Plaza NW, Atlanta. Designed by TVS, it will offer 1.2 million square feet upon completion.
Amenities include a ground-floor food hall, CTR Food Works, with 12 concepts, and Mastro’s Ocean Club. Features include digital LED signage spanning 12 stories, public art, and a revitalized atrium. Completion is set for June 15, 2026.
A new exterior arrival experience and Hawks Plaza social area will enhance the downtown Atlanta environment.
