The Center, a mixed-use development at 190 Marietta St NW, Atlanta, spans 1,150,000 square feet and includes 1,067 hotel rooms. Developed by CP Group with TVSdesign architecture, it features a 24,000-square-foot CTR Food Works food hall and Atlanta's largest bar at 2,800 square feet, accommodating 60 patrons with 11 bartender stations. Additional amenities include a 50,000-square-foot fitness center, a conference center, a tenant lounge, public art installations, and a public atrium. Completion is set for December 31, 2026. Its downtown location offers access to public transit options.
