The Center, a 30-floor mixed-use development at 190 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta, spans 1.2 million square feet. Developed by CP Group with architecture by TVS, it will include a food hall, public terraces, plazas, and art installations. Features include 1,800 parking spaces, film studios, production spaces, and a private venue with an outdoor terrace. Completion is set for June 15, 2026.
