North Point Mall Redevelopment, a 1385-unit mixed-use project, is proposed for 100 North Point Mall, Alpharetta. Spanning 2.9 million sq ft, it includes residential units, hotels, and entertainment venues. Developed by Jamestown, New York Life, and Machete Group, with architecture by HKS Architects.

Amenities feature a 20,000-seat NHL arena, a 4,000-seat music hall, a 2,000-seat community rink, a 500-seat theater, and three hotels totaling 850 rooms. Over 16 acres of parks, plazas, and trails are planned. Completion is expected by December 31, 2028.
