North+Oliver, a 120-unit mixed-use building, is proposed for Oliver Street north of North Avenue in Atlanta's English Avenue neighborhood. Developed by Westside Future Fund, OaksATL Community Development, and Blue Ridge Atlantic Development, it includes four residential floors.
