Herndon Square, a 201-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 527 Herndon Square Ave, Atlanta, GA 30318. Developed by Atlanta Housing, Hunt Companies, Oakwood Development Group, and Pennrose, with architecture by Thriven Design.

Amenities include a wellness clinic, fitness center, computer business and learning center, interior courtyard, outdoor picnic area with grills, community room, and enclosed parking. Completion is slated for May 31, 2026.

Sustainability certifications include EarthCraft Multifamily and ENERGY STAR. Of the 201 units, 170 are designated as affordable housing, promoting community accessibility.
