Bowen Homes Redevelopment, a 151-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 2700 Yates Drive NW, Atlanta. Developed by McCormack Baron Salazar and The Benoit Group, it spans 208,577 square feet and is designed by Corcoran Ota.

Amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, community room, covered outdoor area, community garden, playground, and dog park. Of the 151 units, 107 are designated as affordable housing. Completion is slated for June 30, 2026.
