Bowen Homes Redevelopment, a 2000-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 1165 Wilkes Circle NW, Atlanta. Led by The Benoit Group and McCormack Baron Salazar, with architecture by Corcoran Ota Group.

Amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, community room, covered outdoor area, community vegetable garden, playground, dog park, and youth room. Completion is set for July 31, 2029, with 756 affordable units.
