579 Garson Drive and 425 Chappell Road, affordable mixed-use projects, are approved in Atlanta. Each site will offer 130 affordable units by Pennrose and Radiant Development Partners, LLC.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, picnic area, washer-dryers, bike storage, rideshare drop-off, and elevated courtyard. Commercial micro-units and a BeltLine plaza are also planned. Completion is set for December 31, 2026.

All units are designated affordable, supporting accessible housing and aligning with urban development goals.
